UNDERSTANDING OUR FEES
Enrollment Fees
It combines the Assessment Fee and the One-Time Entrance Fee, marking the official start of your child’s journey at our school. This fee ensures your child receives a thorough evaluation to determine the appropriate grade level, while also securing their place in our vibrant educational community. This is a vital step towards providing your child with a nurturing and enriching learning environment.
The Assessment Fee is the essential first step in your child’s journey at our school. This fee facilitates a comprehensive evaluation of your child’s English language skills, ensuring they are placed in the appropriate grade level for optimal learning. This fee costs THB 2,500 is non-refundable and is deducted from the One Time Entrance Fee after enrollment.
The One-Time Entrance Fee is a pivotal part of your child’s admission process, payable upon acceptance into our school. This non-refundable, one time only fee confirms your commitment to joining OHIS. It is due and payable after your child’s assessment, at the time of registration. It varies according to the Grade Level:
- Kindergarten 1 and 2: THB 20,000
- Kindergarten 3: THB 25,000
- Grade 1 to 5: THB 35,000
- Grade 6: THB 45,000
Annual Fees
The Annual Fees encompass the essential costs needed to maintain and enhance your child`s educational experience throughout the school year and contribute to the quality of education and resources available to your child.
The Tuition Fee is the core of your child’s educational experience. It covers the cost of instruction, lunch, snacks, and access to various school facilities. Our tuition fee reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality education and a supportive environment where your child can thrive academically and personally.
The Annual Capital Fee supports the continued development and growth of our school’s infrastructure and technology. This fee allows us to provide a modern, well-equipped learning environment that fosters your child’s academic success. It is charged annually to ensure ongoing improvements and innovation across the campus.
The Annual Books Fee covers the cost of all essential educational materials that your child will need throughout the school year. From textbooks to supplementary learning resources, this fee ensures your child is fully equipped to excel in their studies, with access to the latest and most relevant content.
The Uniform Set fee includes a complete set of uniforms tailored to the specific grade level. This covers the Regular Uniform, P.E. Uniform, Winter Uniform, and accompanying accessories. Families who need additional pieces can conveniently purchase them at the school reception, ensuring students are well-prepared and compliant with the dress code throughout the year.

The tuition fees are subject to approval by the Ministry of Education. These fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Tuition fees will be prorated according to the number of remaining days for students commencing school when the start day is more than 16 school days after the term starts. Full term tuition fees will be charged for a student who enrolls within 15 school days after the term starts.
Students who leave the school for more than 6 months will be required to re-apply and re-register as new students and pay all applicable fees.
Students who will enroll for English Pro needs to pay the applicable fees such as: English Pro fee, entrance fee, annual capital fee and books. There’s no refund fee if they decided not to continue.

Past-due payments include any fees that have not been paid in accordance with the due date listed. A surcharge of 1.25% per month will be added to the outstanding fee. OHIS reserves the right to take any appropriate action in the event of outstanding payment.
