How to enroll at One Hope International School
What’s on an application to One Hope International School? Below, we’ve laid out all of the questions on the application so that you know what to expect when you go to fill it out online. Items with an asterisk are required. The application form saves your progress, so don’t worry about completing it in one sitting!

Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, we will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.
School Tour
Once your application is submitted, we’ll arrange a guided tour of our facilities. This visit is a great opportunity for you to explore One Hope International School and for us to discuss how we can best support your child’s learning journey.
English Assessment
Evaluating your child’s level of English comprehension is a crucial step in the admissions process. Our English Assessment will help determine the most suitable classroom for their age and identify effective strategies to support their learning and growth.
Acceptance
Once we have analyzed the assessment results, we will provide feedback on the potential acceptance of your child to One Hope. In some cases, we may recommend certain adaptations to ensure a better fit and more supportive experience before confirming enrollment.
Payment of Fees
Our finance officers will walk you through every detail of payments, book purchases, materials, and uniforms, ensuring your child is fully prepared to begin their journey with us at One Hope.
Requirements
Student Documents
Birth Certificate (1 Copy)
A certified copy of the student’s birth certificate is required to verify the student’s identity and age.National ID or Passport (1 Copy, Visa page if applicable)
A copy of the student’s National ID or passport, including the visa page if applicable, is necessary to confirm nationality and residency status.Photos (6 Photos, 2-inch size)
Six recent 2-inch photos of the student are required for identification purposes in school records and documentation.
Academic Documents
School Transcript (1 Copy)
If available, provide a copy of the student’s academic transcript to help assess prior academic performance.School Report Card (1 Copy)
A copy of the student’s report card, if applicable, provides further insights into academic achievements.Certificate from Former School (1 Copy)
If the student attended another school, a certificate from the previous institution verifies enrollment and can assist with placement.Additional School Report Cards or Certificates (1 Copy, if applicable)
If available, include any other educational certificates that show the student’s progress.Transfer Certificate (1 Copy, if applicable)
If transferring, a transfer certificate from the former school is required to complete the enrollment process and confirm the student’s history.
Guardian Documents
Mother’s National ID or Passport (1 Copy, Visa page if applicable)
A copy of the mother’s identification, either a national ID or passport, helps confirm parental identity and residency status.Father’s National ID or Passport (1 Copy, Visa page if applicable)
Similarly, a copy of the father’s identification is needed for the school’s records.House Registration (1 Copy)
A copy of the household registration document is required to establish residency.
