Supporting Success
The Family Center, located on the OHIS campus, serves as a cornerstone for specialized student and family support. Designed to empower children with special learning needs, it offers individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges. The Family Center works closely with parents, providing counseling and guidance to ensure families are active partners in their child’s education journey.
Specialized Learning Support
OHIS’ Learning Support Specialists provides focused interventions and personalized instruction for kindergarten and elementary students. Through close collaboration with homeroom teachers and the Support Team, students receive tailored strategies to meet their academic and developmental goals. Parents are also actively involved, working with teachers to set realistic, achievable milestones for their child’s growth.
From academic modifications to emotional care, our goal is to make every child feel welcomed and equipped to succeed.
